Why rent Manatee Villa instead of a hotel room?
You will receive our personal service and attention. The villa is usually cheaper and more luxurious than a hotel room and almost
always cheaper than booking a villa through a travel agent. Unlike a hotel, you get your own swimming pool, kitchen, lounge and
FREE phone calls, the many extra comforts we provide and unlimited local, long distance & international calls to UK, Ireland and
many other countries free of charge.
What if I need help or assistance whilst staying in the villa?
We have an excellent management company on call 24hrs a day in case of emergencies. The team will be on hand to help and advise
you in all aspects of your stay.
What do we need to bring?
Just yourselves, your clothes (not too many as there are washer/dryer facilities - and you'll need the space in your case to put all the
bargains as clothes are cheaper in Florida than in the UK.) and your personal items. If you plan to travel light, all toiletries can be
bought cheaply at one of the two huge 24 hour Wal-Mart supermarket, which are only 5 minutes away.
What is not included in the price?
The villa is room only, so you need to get flights, car hire, travel insurance, theme park tickets and spending money. Pool heating,

Do we need a car?
Although not essential, it is highly recommended. When you read 10 minutes to Disney we mean by car. Florida is the size of the UK so there
is no lack of space. Everything is spread out over a wide area. There are plenty of taxis available to take you everywhere.
Where can I get cheap park and dinner show tickets?
We recommend ORLANDO-ATTRACTION-TICKETS.com for all your discounted Theme Park, Attractions & Dinner Show Tickets. They have some great discounts available and have an office just 5 minutes away where you can collect
your tickets. There is no hard sell and tickets can be ordered online in advance. You just turn up, show ID and you're ready to go...
Do you provide baby equipment?
We provide a highchair, cot and stroller. We recommend you bring your own linen for the cot if it makes you feel more comfortable.
Do I need to book whole weeks or can I book part weeks?
You are welcome to book any duration, the cost will be calculated on a nightly rate. For stays of 21 nights or more a 10% discount will apply.
For stays less than 7 nights, an additional cleaning charge may apply.
Do we get maid service?
No, the villa is thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and after you depart. You are responsible for day-to-day cleanliness of the villa.
A mid-term clean can be arranged for a small additional charge. See our Rates Page for cost.
What is the maximum number of guests?
We are licenced for 10 guests (including infants) to stay in the villa but we choose to sleep a maximum of 8 guests. This number is strictly enforced by our management company. Only guests listed on the booking form may stay at the villa. If you expect visitors to stop overnight during your stay just let us know. If more
than 10 guests stay in the villa it invalidates our insurance and breaches the terms of your rental agreement. See our

What if we have a larger group than 8 ?
If you have a larger group please let us know as we have access to other villas on Liberty Village and can arrange additional accomodation.
What about pets and smoking?
For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted in the villa. Smoking is also prohibited inside the villa. You may smoke outside the
villa in the pool area, where ashtrays have been provided.
How do we find the villa on arrival?
You will be sent directions to the villa from Orlando International airport 2-3 weeks before arrival. If you need directions from Sanford,
Tampa or Miami aiports just let us know.
How can I pay?
We accept payment by cheque and postal order in £'s, all major credit and debit cards securely via PayPal (no account required) using the Pay buttons on our Booking Page.
If you are in the US or Canada we prefer payment wired directly to our US bank account.
What entertainment do you provide? Cable-TV, DVD, Playstation etc. ?
In the Lounge we have a 42" LCD HD TV with 130+ cable channels & movies On-Demand (which means you can watch a movie as if it were on DVD with
playback, pause etc.), DVD and 3-CD Hifi system. There is a selection of movies and cartoons provided. There are TV's in the master bedroom and bedroom 2. There is also a Playstation2 with a selection of games.
