Manatee Villa - Luxurious, cool, bright and airy home in a quiet neighbourhood.

The open plan Living/Dining area has views over the lake, pool and deck area.

The Dining area seats 6 and is perfect for entertaining.

The Living area has hand stitched leather sofas and ceiling fan for added comfort on those very hot days.

The open plan Living/Dining Area have cathedral ceilings to make them feel even more spacious. The photos really do not do them justice.

The Living area has HDTV with over 130 cable channels with Movies On-Demand, a CD, DVD player & Sony Playstation.

The Kitchen had everything you'll need including dishwasher, fridge/freezer with icemaker, cooker, microwave, coffee maker and kettle.

The Kitchen has a small nook which seats 4 for that pleasent chat over tea/coffee.

The Master Bedroom has a large queen bed with ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom and views overlooking the pool, deck and lake.

The Master Bedroom has a cable TV, dresser with large mirror, bedside drawers and large walk in closet for storage.

The Master Bathroom has walk in shower, a roman bath, WC, hairdryer and large walk in closet/dressing room.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, dresser with large mirror, drawers and walk in closet providing plenty of storage.

Bedroom 2 has a walk in closet, cable TV, VCR and radio/alarm clock.

The Shared Bathroom has a bath/shower, sink, WC and hairdryer.

The Disney themed bedroom is a firm favourite with children young and old. It has a walk in closet and bedside drawers for storage.

The Disney themed bedroom has two twin beds. It is brightly coloured with ceiling fan, Disney friends and is loved by all our guests.

Bedroom 4 has two twin beds and overlooks the pool, deck and lake. It has a walk in closet and drawers for storage.

Bedroom 4 has a very high ceiling and ceiling fan. It has a walk in closet and drawers for storage.

The private, screened Pool and deck area are perfect for lazing in the sun all year round. It gets the sun from around 10am to dusk.

The Pool has a removable safety fence which when erected provides added security for guests with younger children.

The Pool is the perfect place to cool off on those hot days or after a long day at the park or shopping.

The Pool and large sun deck has plenty of space for all the family. We also provide plenty of pool towels.

The Lanai provides some welcome shade along with the large sun unmbrella. Sit in the shade, eat lunch alfresco or watch the sun set.

Manatee Villa sits beside a small landscaped lake which adds to the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere to help you relax.

The Lake provides the perfect visiting place for birds, turtles, dragon flies etc. There's always something going on.

The Cormorants often sit and sunbathe and catch the small fish in the lake.

There are regular visits from White Ibis and birds of all shapes and sizes. They come up close to the pool enclosures looking for food.

The Sandhill Cranes are a regular and spectacular visitor at up to 4 feet tall. They provide a welcome distraction during the day.

There are plenty of small fish in the lake so we regularly get Great Blue Heron arriving to hunt for their lunch.

The resident Mallard Ducks appear every day. They always seem hungry and do the rounds looking for children to feed them some bread.

We have a resident Muscovy Duck who uses the path by the front door as a nest site.
She sits on the eggs for 23hours a day while the drake sunbathes by the lake and takes it easy.
