family stayed in a villa. We usually stay in a Disney Resort or hotel. This was A LOT better. We found it quicker to get to the
parks from the villa than using the Disney Transport system. Sea World and Universal were also a short drive. The pool was kept
wonderfully warm especially for those colder February evenings. We would like to thank you both for the use of your villa."

"There was plenty of room for everyone even with the pool being used. Staying over the Christmas and New Year
was lovely having a christmas tree with lights on made things festive especially for the children. The free phone calls were great for keeping in contact with family.
The Disney room went down very well and with 7 of us there was always plenty of hot water for showers in the morning before heading off to the theme parks which
were not far away. It was a welcome return each evening with it being like home from home. All the amenities were good and the management company exceptionally helpful when
we had a query. Before leaving the UK, the owners were happy to answer any queries that we had. We wouldn't hesitate to
recommend this villa to anyone wishing to stay in Kissimmee."

"Third visit to Manatee Villa and once again the villa quality is as good if not better than our first
visit in 2005. Kids loved it and took advantage of the pool a lot more this time. Great location for access to the usual attractions and driving was a doddle.
I took a laptop and made use of the wifi. The wife made several free calls home to family which meant we could keep
track of life at home in the UK. We would recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay in Orlando and no doubt will be back for a
4th visit when we aren't feeling Disney'd out."

It was a certainly a pleasure to stay in Manatee villa. The location is perfect for all activities. US192 is 'round the corner' and
it only takes 10-15 minutes to get to the parks. The villa itself provides all amenities. We especially appreciated the high speed
wireless Internet which worked flawlessly. Watching the sunset from the westbound patio is another highlight.
