(Click on any picture for more details) Manatee Villa is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans in all bedrooms for added comfort. As soon as you enter the
villa you are greeted with a cool, bright and airy ambience in the open plan living area. There is a large fully fitted kitchen, four
bedrooms and lounge which overlooks a small landscaped lake with Sony Playstation, cable TV, DVD and CD player. We get frequent visits from ducks,
cranes and other local birds throughout the year. A sliding door leads out to the shaded lanai and pool area. There are sun-loungers,
table and chairs as well as pool toys for the kids but more importantly there is a private screened and heated 24x14 pool. There
is a large double garage and utility room for any laundry.
